Koji has been based in Singapore since 2013, overseeing operations at Millenium Food Concepts Pte., Ltd. and Eurasia Global Food Pte., Ltd. Before that, he also worked at Venture Link Co., Ltd., Righthouse Co., Ltd. and Doutor Coffee Co., Ltd. in his home country, Japan. His extensive experience and diverse background in the F&B industry make him a natural fit for Toreta, which he joined in March 2016.

However, despite the sheer amount of technology at their disposal, restaurant employees continue to perform numerous tasks by hand. This makes it hard to improve customer experience, whether in relation to food quality or service.
In reality, restaurant employees are under immense stress from the endless tasks they need to complete each day. Easing this burden on frontline staff is one of the most pressing concerns for restaurant managers.
I firmly believe that restaurants in Singapore and the ASEAN region need to work towards creating more comfortable working environments so that the industry as a whole can mature and grow.
